The short answer
Start with one day. Then do it again.
You don't have to figure it all out first. Nobody walks into a gym knowing what they're doing.
How to start
- 1
Pick a day
Waiting for Monday is how a whole month goes by. Pick a day this week and go. The first day is the hardest, and you only have to do it once.
- 2
Find a plan
Walk in with no plan and you'll wander around for 20 minutes, then go home. Get a program, or someone to build one for you, so you know what to do when you walk in.
- 3
Stick to it
Most people quit here. One week in, you won't look or feel different. Keep going anyway. Your results come from the days you didn't feel like going and went.
"Starting a fitness journey was daunting for me since I was intimidated with gym equipment."

- Drink more water
- Sleep more
- Eat more protein
- Move every day
You've heard it a hundred times, and it's all true.
Knowing what to do was never the problem. Doing it, one day at a time, is.
If that's you, you're not behind. You're on day one.

Try it first
Your first session is free. It's just you and me in a private studio, so nobody's watching you figure it out.
